ARRIVED IN BARRA; KATHLEEN TO GERMANY
Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico, 15 January 2006

Short note to say we arrived safely in Barra de Navidad. Temperatures in the high 80s F and warm water. Our laptop is not working so cannot at present do much blogging.

Kathleen leaves for Frankfurt on Tuesday by bus to Mexico City and air to Germany. She will be gone five weeks and I shall be doing some maintenance on the boat and solo sailing. I may sail down to Zihuatanejo for SailFest 2006 (first week of February.)

At present we are planning to sail to Ecuador from Acapulco in early-mid April. Andrew will be crewing with us. We hope also to stop int he Galapagos Islands on teh way.
